RIST Hellas was found in 2014. In very few years, the company has become the official watch & jewelry distributor in Greece and Cyprus of Fossil Group (Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Diesel, DKNY, Fossil & Skagen), as well as of the brands Gant Time, Oris, Nomination, PDPAOLA, Paul Hewitt, TW Steel and Tsars Collection.

The latest strategic partnership, aiming to broaden its distribution range, is the official distribution in Greece of the Japanese watch brands Seiko and Lorus, that was followed by the creation of RIST Hellas Service Center, official service center of the distributed brands. In 2024, this cooperation expanded by taking over the representation in the Cyprus market as well. While, the latest addition of the Swiss watch brand NORQAIN enriches the portfolio in the Greek market.

RIST Hellas' authorized retailer network consists of at least 400 stores and more than 130 e-shops, which keep on increasing based on the successful plan of competitive positioning and excellent marketing in the best selling points of Greece and Cyprus.
