RIST Hellas was established in 2014 and operates in the watch and jewellery industry, with a dynamically growing portfolio of internationally renowned brands.

From the early years of its operation, RIST Hellas has developed strong partnerships and undertaken the official representation in Greece and Cyprus of leading international brands, including Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Diesel, Fossil, Skagen, Gant Time, DKNY, Oris, Norqain, Nomination, PDPAOLA, Paul Hewitt, TW Steel, Tsars Collection, John Richmond and Luxenter.

In 2020, as part of its strategic portfolio expansion, RIST Hellas became the official representative of the Japanese brands Seiko and Lorus in Greece, with the partnership extending to the Cyprus market in 2024. At the same time, the company established the RIST Hellas Service Center, providing specialised after-sales support and service for its partner brands.

Today, RIST Hellas has an extensive network of partners across Greece and Cyprus, comprising more than 400 physical stores and 130 online stores. The company continues to grow by investing in the strong presence of its brands, effective commercial and marketing strategies, and the development of long-term partnerships.
