SERVICE

RIST Hellas' watches are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity & Guarantee of each brand. The watches are covered for 2-10 years with guarantee for structural flaws and 6 months for battery malfunction. The guarantee does not cover damage created by natural causes (use/time) or unproper use. The guarantee only covers damage which, according to RIST Hellas or its service department's crisis, was not caused by an accident, standard and everyday use, modifications, repair attempts, negligence or denial to follow the advice on the product's protection.

 

We request you to keep your purchase/pickup receipt or your gift/return card in case you own a gurantee claim. The receipt or the certificate is used as a proof for the purchase and the authenticity of the products bought and as an evidence of the guarantee's validity. 

 

In case you are a resident of Greece, you can contact directly the RIST Hellas Service Center for any problem you might face using your watch. Fully equiped with the most up-to-date machines and tools, the Service Center is available to serve you from Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00:
