Shipping
- When will my order be shipped? All orders are shipped the day following their submission. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail. Processing, shipping and delivery of orders is not held during weekends and official public holidays.
- Which courier company will deliver my order? The shipping of packages in Greece is held through ACS Courier. The delivery time is estimated between 1-3 working days (depending on the accessibility of the region).
- Shipping cost: Orders delivered in Greece are NOT charged with any shipping costs (regardless of the order's value).
- Can I choose a different delivery address? Of course. You can choose a different delivery address, in case your order is meant to be a gift.
- What happens if I am away at the time of delivery? Before the day of delivery, ACS will contact you to ensure your presence in the address you have registered for the delivery. If, however, you are away at that time, the distributor will leave a notification paper with ACS' contact information, in order to coordinate the order's pick up.
Order Processing
- How can I know that my order has been shipped? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a mail containing the tracking number of your package. Therefore, you can track your package through ACS Courier's website (www.acscourier.net) at any time.
- What can I do in case I don't receive my package? If after a time period you have not received your package, please contact ACS mentioning your tracking number. If the problem continues, you can contact us through email on [email protected].
Product Return
- Product returns are accepted for 14 days since their delivery date. Any return exceeding this time period will not be accepted.
- The product should be in the condition you received it, meaning not used, worn, stained or transformed in any way different than the original. The product tag should also be included in the package.
- Every product should be accompanied by the receipt or gift card, stating the product code, the purchase date and the shop's stamp.
- In case of return, it is necessary that you inform us through call or email for the return, mentioning your order number, the product/ products you wish to return and the reason for their return.
- The returning products can be exchanged to a different product, colour or size, or you can get a money refund.
- In case you prefer a money refund, we will make a bank deposit of the exact value of the returning product.
- You are responsible for the return until the product/products arrive to our company. Make sure that they are packed carefully, in order not to be harmed during the return.
- Returns that are not compatible with the above terms will not be accepted.
